Wyoming Democratic State Central Committee Meeting  

The state central committee will gather in Casper to elect officers on Saturday, April 28, 2007 in the Summit Room of the Casper Events Center. During the morning session, the central committee will elect a chair, vice chair, treasurer and secretary to serve through April 2009, review and adopt Wyoming's Delegate Selection Plan for the 2008 Democratic National Convention, and discuss the party's strategic plan and goals for the State Party Partnership Program.

We have teamed up with the Democratic National Committee to host a statewide organizing summit on Saturday, April 28th from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Training workshops at the summit will cover party-building and campaign skills, including: framing the Democratic Party's message, expanding our membership, managing and strengthening local party organizations, leadership development, the Wyoming political landscape for 2007-2008, and tools for effective voter contact.
