State Party Chair Chuck Herz
Chuck Herz was
elected State Chair of the Wyoming
Democratic Party in February 2011, previously
serving as acting Chair since June 2010. Chuck
has also served as the state party's treasurer
since 2007. Prior to taking that position, he
chaired the Teton County Democratic Party
from 2003 to 2007.
Chuck is a retired attorney and former General Counsel of the National Science Foundation. He lives in Moose with his wife Barbara. One of his two daughters, his son-in-law and two granddaughters also live in Moose.
Chuck was appointed to the vacant vice chair position in June 2010, and he has overseen state party affairs since that time.

State Party Vice Chair Jodi Guerin
Jodi Guerin was elected
Vice Chair of the Wyoming Democratic Party in
February 2011, previously serving
as acting vice chair since November
2010. Jodi has served on the Laramie City
Council for several years, in which time she
held the positions of Mayor and Vice
Mayor.
She spent the last few months of the 2010 election season as campaign manager for Wyoming Democratic gubernatorial nominee Leslie Petersen.
Jodi has worked with the Wyoming Community Foundation and has served on the State and National Community and Economic Development Committees for the municipal associations associated with the City of Laramie.
Jodi also served on the Laramie Planning Commission after leaving city employment and worked with her fellow downtown business owners to found the Downtown Laramie Business Association.
Jodi and her husband, John, own the Coal Creek Coffee Company in Laramie, and Jodi also owns Gem City Consulting Services, which provides fundraising services along with training for fundraising, leadership and organizational development for a variety of organizations. They have two sons.
State Party Secretary Sherry Shelley
Sherry Shelley was appointed Secretary of the Wyoming Democratic Party in May 2009. She also serves as Fremont County state committeewoman, a position she has held since March 2009. Her husband, Jack Lee, has previously chaired the Fremont County Democratic Party.

State Party Treasurer Leslie Petersen
Leslie Petersen was
appointed Treasurer of the Wyoming
Democratic Party in February 2011, having
served is the capacity of acting treasurer
since November 2010. She previously
served as state chair from April
2009, and she was nominated as the party's
candidate for governor of Wyoming in August
2010.
Leslie has been a Teton County Democratic Party activist for years, is a former Teton County party chair, and served as the county's state committeewoman for the previous election cycle.
Leslie has also served as a Teton County commissioner and has been involved with various conservation, political and natural resource boards. She once worked as legislative liaison for former Wyoming Gov. Ed Herschler, and she was the Democratic Party's nominee for secretary of state in 1982 and for a state House seat in 1990.
Leslie has helped organize local fundraisers for presidential candidates Barack Obama and John Kerry, each one raising more than $450,000.
She is a retired realtor and is married to Hank Phibbs, chairman of the Teton County Commission.
