  Bill Luckett became the Wyoming Democratic Party's executive director on April 7, 2008. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the state party, including planning and organizing state party events, strategy, fundraising, candidate and elected official services, and outreach.
  
  Bill joined the Wyoming Democratic Party staff in August 2005 as communications director. Before that, he spent nine years as a reporter for the Casper Star-Tribune, the last six covering politics and state government from the newspaper's capital bureau in Cheyenne. Bill was born and raised in Sheridan and graduated from Sheridan High School. He obtained a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Wyoming.

  Tarin Nix joined the Wyoming Democratic Party in September 2007. While completing her undergraduate degree in political science at the University of Alabama, Tarin helped campaign for the Kerry/Edwards presidential ticket and was a member of the Young College Democrats. Tarin received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas with specializations in public policy and non-profit management. Tarin spent the last year successfully lobbying for the passage of sexual assault and domestic violence prevention legislation. Her duties now include developing and executing the state party's field program, recruiting and training volunteers, mobilizing the young democrats, and helping implement the party's get-out-the-vote and voter registration programs.
