Democrats Demonstrate At McCain's Arlington Condo
VIRGINIA DEMOCRATS gathered at the Arlington condo of U.S. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) last week to counter his statement that he does not know how many houses he owns. The Democratic Party of Virginia organized the demonstration at the Republican presidential candidate’s Crystal City condo, one of several that he owns throughout the country. Several Northern Virginia Democrats, including State Del. David Englin (D-45) and Arlington County Democratic Party chairman Peter Rousselot, attended the event and spoke about how McCain’s comments show that he is out of touch with middle class voters.
