- Resolution 2006-9: Resignation of Amy Greer; appointment of Hanna Greer; passed unanimously
- Resolution 2006-10: Resignation of Sarah Topy; appointment of Elizabeth Shirey; passed unanimously
- Reviewed Executive Committee Meeting Minutes of September 2006; accepted
Chair Chris Redfern's remarks included:
- Appointment of Sonny Nardi, Teamsters Local 407 as At-Large Member
- DNC National Convention 2008: Cities vying to host Convention'08 - Denver, Minneapolis/St. Paul or New York City; Convention'08 scheduled Monday, August 25 through Thursday, August 28, 2008
- Bill Dimora will be ODP/DNC Coordinator for Convention'08
- Performance Audit of ODP and local parties will be conducted by David Wilhelm and John Corrigan; recommendations will be submitted to Governor Strickland and Chair Redfern

- Resolution 2006-6: Endorsement of Minimum Wage ballot initiative; passed unanimously
- Resolution 2006-7: Endorsement of three State School Board candidates; passed unanimously
- Resolution 2006-8: Endorsement of State School Board Candidates: 2nd District - John Bender; 3rd District Richard Chema; 7th District - Tom Sawyer; 8th District - Deborah Cain; passed unanimously
