January 2007

• Monday, January 8 - Last day for local option petitioners to send street listing to Divison of Liquor Control - 45 days before petition filing deadline
• Monday, January 8 - Deadline for voter registration for February 6 Special Election - 30 days before the election if a Special Election is scheduled

February 2007

• Tuesday, February 6 - Special Election may be held
• Thursday, February 22 - Declarations of Candidacy for partisan candidates must be filed by 4:00 pm - 75 days before Primary Election 

March 2007

• Wednesday, March 7 - Write-in candidates for Primary Election must file /declaration of Intent by 4:00 pm - 62 days before Primary Election

April 2007

• Tuesday, April 3 - Primary Election absentee ballots must be ready - 35 days before Primary Election
• Monday, April 9 - Deadline for voter registration for Primary Election - 30 days before Primary Election
• Thursday, April 26 - Pre-primary election campaign finance reports must be filed by 4 pm - 12 days before Primary Election

May 2007

• Monday, May 7 - Nominating petitions for independent candidates must be filed by 4 pm - 1 day before Primary Election
• Tuesday, May 8 - Primary Election
• Saturday, May 19 - Boards of Elections may begin official canvass - 11 days after Primary Election
• Thursday, May 24 - Local questions and issues must be certified to the Board by 4 pm - 38 days after Primary Election

June 2007

• Friday, June 15 - Post-primary election campaign finance reports must be filed by 4 pm - 38 days after Primary Election

July 2007

• Monday, July 9 - Deadline for voter registration for August 7 Special Election - 30 days before General Election if Special Election is scheduled
