Sandusky Register Election'06 Readers' Forum Rules
- The Register will print up to five (5) letters in favor of each candidate in the November 7 General Election, and five (5) FOR and five (5) AGAINST each ballot issue.
- Deadline for all election letters is 5 pm Friday, October 27, 2006. No election letter received after that date will be considered for print. No election letter will appear in print after Sunday, November 5, 2006, except as needed for clarification or correction.
- Letters must be no more than 200 words long and must include the sender's name, address and daytime phone number for verification. The phone number and address will not be printed.
- The Register reserves the right to reject without notification any letter on grounds of libel, taste or unsubstantiated criticism. Letters may be edited for space.
