2009 Trustee
Information
Since 1995, the Trustee Program of the Maryland Democratic Party has been a foundational source of major funding, to ensure our Party could build a long-term infrastructure across the entire state. We could not have elected our strong team Democratic leaders without the support of our Trustees.
Overview
The Maryland Democratic Party is already
in full swing for this year. Thanks to the work and
financial support of our Trustees we have a
strong foundation, but we are not resting
yet. We are working
to continually expand the base of supporters to
the Party, and network leaders, representing a
number of industries across the state, through
our Trustee Program.
Details
We ask our Trustees to
make a minimum
contribution of $10,000. This contribution
goes directly to the work of the party, and can
be given through any number of Maryland
Democratic Party events, or directly to
membership. In
order to ensure compliance, our staff will work
with all of our contributors to meet the
guidelines dictated by state and federal
campaign laws.
Benefits
We are working on a number of special
events, MDP Conference Calls, and political
briefings for our Trustees. Specific benefits
include:
*Invitation to the Trustee Dinner
Series, with special guests including federal,
state, and local elected
officials.
*Recognition at all Maryland Democratic
Party Finance
Events
*Special Assistance from the
*Insider Conference Call
Series
*Two VIP Tickets to the Maryland Democratic Party Annual Gala
The investments made by Trustees to the
Maryland Democratic Party benefit every
Democratic incumbent, candidate and
activist. From grassroots organizing, to
the latest in political technologies, to voter
registration and targeted research and
training, Trustee membership helps to ensure
that the Maryland Democratic Party is fully
prepared to strengthen our state and region,
and keep Maryland BLUE!
