Bio
Councilman Harris is a graduate of Dunbar
Senior High School and Morgan State University.
He is married to Annette and the father of
Nicole and Kenneth, Jr. Councilman Harris is a
member of Huber Memorial United Church of
Christ and is a past president of the Leith
Walk Elementary School P.T.A., Glen Oaks
Improvement Association and a former member of
the Governor's Task Force on Crime Control and
Prevention. Councilman Harris is a member of
the Democratic State Central Committee for the
43rd Legislative District and continues to
serve as a baseball coach in the Northwood
Baseball League. He is a motivational speaker
and the author of the motivational cassette,
"How To Pursue Your Goals With An Optimistic
Approach."
