In his time in the Maryland State Senate Andy Harris often took votes so extreme on issues ranging from health care policy to environmental policy that no one would vote with him - not even other Republicans.  If Andy Harris can't even work together with his fellow Republicans how will he be able to reach across party lines and work in a bipartisan manner in Washington to get things done for Maryland's First District?
