About
Twin Falls native Harold Stiles has been a civil engineer most of his life. He worked for the Idaho Department of Highways and for the Forest Service before starting his own business as a surveyor and engineer. He later worked for consulting firms in New England and California.
Harold has lived in Caldwell since retiring in 2002. His wife Valentina is from Siberia; their daughter Altan is now a freshman at the College of Idaho.
Harold is ready to apply his civil engineering skills to the many infrastructure problems facing Idaho. He has previous experience in the city government of Shelburned Falls, MA.
