Des Moines, IA – Lieutenant Governor Patty Judge released the following statement on the day of Governor Sarah Palin's speech to the Republican National Convention.

"Tonight, Governor Sarah Palin will deliver what will no-doubt be a good speech in St. Paul. Yet, less than a week after Senator McCain introduced her to us as a budget-cutting reformer, those claims have been proven false. As a small-town mayor, she worked tirelessly to secure millions in Washington pork-barrel projects, and it has now been proven she supported the infamous Bridge to Nowhere. America can't afford more of the same misleading claims and out-of-control spending."
