Vice Chair Ebonee Woods

Greetings Fellow Dems!

My name is Ebonee Woods and I’m the vice chair for the Young Democrats Caucus. I was elected by delegation at the 2006 State Convention.

I am currently a student at Iowa State University where I double major in Political Science and Journalism. I am currently a Work Director at Wells Fargo Financial. Also, I serve as co-advisor for the Des Moines NAACP Youth Council, as well as the Communications Liaison for the Des Moines NAACP College Chapter.

In 2004 and 2006 I worked for the Coordinated Campaign as a staff member on the Boswell, Culver, Harkin, and Vilsack campaigns. In 2003 I was a field organizer on the Bob Graham for President Campaign.

Though the Youth Caucus is in the development stages we look forward to being an integral part of the Iowa Democrat Party. We are looking for college age Dems who want to make sure our voices and issues are heard.
