Support

Help desk software is in place and accessible 24 hours a day at Orchid Support. Users can submit a ticket and receive a response within 24 hours during business hours.

Support packages are available and can vary depending on the scope of the project or package. A minumum of 5 hours of pre-paid email support is required for all projects unless you are registered through one of our self-serve suites. We ask that all new users attend a minimum of 2 hours of free training before using the helpdesk for ongoing questions. We will, of course, fix all bugs for free. Our fees for phone support are $125 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
