Training

You have several options for training: via the phone or onsite. We offer hourly, half-day and full day rates. Review some of the options below:

Curriculum. See which class is right for you by using this easy to read and follow curriculum/e-learning table to maximize Orchid Suites training.  The table shows which phone/live and video tutorials will better educate you on specific areas of Orchid Suites.

FREE Webinars. We offer free one-hour training sessions each month to subscribers. (Please review terms under packages below.) Sessions are listed under calendar and require registration. Currently, sessions are geared toward to the basics of set-up and operation. However, we are willing to add intermediate and advance sessions based on demand. Minimum of two (2) people per session. Please email us at info@orchidsuites.net if you are interested in higher level training.

Topical Webinars:
All webinars on conducted via a conferencing sofware. Once you sign up, we will send you directions for proceeding with your webinar.

One-on-One / Group Training*
Phone: $125 per hour.
Onsite: $150 per hour Locally (Washington D.C., Virginia and Maryland).
One-on-One: $450 per half day (4 hours)
Group Training (over five people): $250/person per half day. *Expenses for travel are not included and may be added to the fee.

Packages
Customers are welcome to join our free training sessions. For those who want more direct training for their organization, the following terms apply:

Project Cost:
Under $500:       1 hr. free phone training for up to 3 people.
$500 - $1000:     2 hrs. free phone training for up to 3 people.
$1000 - $5000:   3 hrs. free phone training for up to 3 people.
$5000 - $10,000: 3 hrs. free phone training for up to 3 people.
Over $10,000:  Terms built into proposal
