The vision of An Independence Movement for Iowa (I'M for Iowa) is to develop a broad network of Iowans working for progressive democratic reform to:

...curb the power of special-interest money in politics

...build a clean-energy economy free of fossil fuels controlled by foreign dictators and corporate monopolies

...restore a true free-market economy and end taxpaper giveaways to big business

...reclaim a vision of a smaller government that is more locally autonomous

...speak out against poverty, injustice and discriminations

...develop the political force necessary to bring about these and other reforms.
