There are two
bills about to be voted on in California that
seek to strengthen the paper ballot records for
our elections, and they MUST be passed by the
legislature and signed by our governor.  But to
nobody's surprise the new Secretary of State
appointed by the scandal plagued Schwarzenegger
is opposing these critical reforms.  We have

tell your own state senator and assembly
representative to vote FOR these bills and also
to demand the governor's signature.

stopping Diebold and Choicepoint in previous
actions to keep them from further compromising
our state.  We can't let California become the
next Florida or Ohio where we may never be able
